Registration process
According to general scientific events policy, only final uploaded papers for which the registration fees are received and at least one author was attending the conference and presenting the results are published in Proceedings. Recall that ICSCS-2013 is an IEEE-Xplore indexed event. The following steps are suitable for all accepted papers:
STEP 1: Upload the final paper through the PaperCept Conference Management System. An IEEE copyright form has to be filled in as well.
Note: All papers must comply with the IEEE-Xplore format, which can be downloaded here, in case of Word edited manuscripts. The LaTeX users can find the corresponding format here. Please use the Letter paper style instead of A4 style, as required by IEEE-Xplore policy.
STEP 2: Pay the registration fees either through the site below: http://icscs.perspectivesetorganisation.fr/

Conference fees:

Students must provide concurrently with the Registration Form a signed and stamped formal proof confirming their status as full time students and the degree program they are enrolled in. Also, they have to attend the conference and present their work, otherwise the corresponding articles cannot be considered for inclusion into the IEEE-Xplore database.
The registration fees include the Conference briefcase, access to coffee breaks, tickets to daily lunch and gala dinner. Proceedings are firstly recorded on a memory stick. Next after the conference, the papers included into the IEEE-Xplore database are considered for publication in a Conference Volume Proceedings by one of the major publishing houses (such as: Springer, Elsevier, Hermes-Lavoisier etc.)
